Berghotel Barenstein in Chemnitz

Take away food, went hiking on the Bärenstein, ordered by phone on the way, picked up and eaten delicious, everything was very tasty and super friendly boss - gladly again

Definitely recommended for a short excursion. There are several ways to get to the top. The upper circular path is a nice path for families as the paths are easy to walk on. There are several small viewpoints. The pub is closed upstairs, but there is an outside sale with seating. We also noticed that there is a charging station for e-bikes.

The economy was unfortunately closed, good to drive the climb to the top. Unfortunately no all-round view or view of too many buildings. E around kwhat is not bad at first)

It was great fun hiking up there.

Always worth a visit. The circular route above is particularly recommended. One must not forget the view of the dam. And when the restaurant is open again, it's perfect.
